SME is designed for teams of 3-10 users and adds team workspaces, real-time collaboration, bulk well import, shared design templates, custom step length, tags, guest user access, and standard support with 24-hour response. Enterprise is for larger organizations (10-300+ users) and adds SSO/SAML, full RBAC, divisions and regions, API access, Event Hub, audit logs, approval workflows, simulation versioning, custom branding, and premium support with 8-hour response and 99.9% SLA.
Event Hub connects PetroBench to your SCADA systems and data historians for real-time well monitoring. It is available on Enterprise plans with custom pricing based on the number of connectors and wells.
